Dr. Antoliano Peralta Romero was the founder of Peralta Romero & Associates. He ceased his duties after being appointed as Legal Counsel to the Executive Branch, through decree no. 324-20 of August 16, 2020, and subsequently appointed Minister of Justice through decree no. 1-26 of January 5, 2026, a position he currently holds.
